When I was working as a Creative Director I got into the habit of creating tracking systems for various things that allowed me to get more accomplished with less stress! I want to offer this talent to other small businesses or teams looking to get organized.
I have created simple but robust tracking systems using Airtable, Clickup, and Trello that have helped my teams stay on top of responsibilities and standards.
